Compared to other forms of media, games are relatively infantile but that doesn't mean they can' tell compelling and emotional stories. Recently, we have seen more and more games try to weave meaningful tales while at the same time be continually compared to film. And in the comparison, they always come up lacking. With that in mind, how can game reach the same level of emotional resonance as film? Is it photo-realistic graphics? Is there something else? Is it Batman? Find out in this week's episode.
