All out action where you are the hunter stalking huge and ferocious beasts. However, its not all fighting, you need to use traps and cooperate with fellow players to bring down some of the hulking behemoths! Monster Hunter is a game where anything is possible - use the monster skins you have collected along with special items you have found to get new, more powerful equipment. Enjoy single player mode, or hook up online for up to four player simultaneous wild and crazy action. With breathtaking landscapes and colossal brutish creatures you know Capcom’s got another winner on its hands!

In this strange world of hunters, you make ends meet, by accepting quests and then reaping cash and special items that are rewarded when you complete the job. In addition to the standard 'monster-busting quests', there are missions in which you will have to defend forts and steal items amongst many others. Use your reward money to participate in larger quests or take the items you received to your local blacksmith where he can create new, stronger and more powerful equipment for you. - Be the player, be yourself!
Take some time off from the life-risking monster hunting and enjoy fishing at a nearby river. Try out the adventure side of the game by exploring the huge environments in search of special items. So many different things to do, so many play styles, and the best part, it’s all up to you—this is the world of Monster Hunter! - Team play of up to 4 people via online play.
Separate duties with a balanced team of ranged fighters and acute warriors in order to take on bigger and badder creatures. Or, you can try to obstruct other players in a race to see who has the skill to take down a monster first or find a special item the quickest. This game is set to be another Capcom classic.
