Bionik Mantis Headphones

I’ve been on the lookout to improve the audio of my Playstation VR experience and could not be more impressed with the Bionik Mantis headphones. Although the quality is not going to compete with a top-tier gaming headphones (it also isn't priced too), its ease of use and beautiful design make up for that in a big way. I attached this headset a couple of weeks ago to my Playstation VR and don’t plan on taking them off anytime soon.

Thrustmaster 350P 7.1 Powered Ghost Recon Wildlands Edition

I’m always on the hunt for my next pair of headphones. Just as visuals in games improve, so too does sound design. I was just recently scrolling through Spotify and I came across the soundtrack to the recently release Horizon: Zero Dawn. An hour later I just realized that I could just have easily spent the time listening to a full movie score.

The Controller People - Custom Playstation 4 Controller Review

Even though the colors were not my choice I was pretty blown away by the quality of the craftsmanship. My real only gripe was the click sticks that both looked and performed poorly. They did nothing to enhance my experience and I’d advise against ordering them. Otherwise, if you’re in the market for a custom Dual Shock 4 controller, this may be a great option.

Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum Gaming Headset Review

In the many years I’ve been writing about the video game industry I’ve had the opportunity to test and use a multitude of audio devices meant to enhance the gaming experience. More often than not these devices tend to just be slight improvements over using an inexpensive pair of earbuds or headphones. Over the last couple of weeks I had the opportunity to test out the Logitech G9333 Artemis Spectrum Gaming Headset a futuristic looking pair of over-the-ear headphones that can be used wired or wirelessly with consoles and PC.  And I have to say I was left impressed.

Nintendo Switch Review

At the end of my two weeks of testing I’m relatively impressed with the Nintendo Switch. The console feels like a smarter, more well thought out console design in comparison to its Wii U predecessor. Although not as straightforward as the Nintendo Wii was for general audiences, I do believe that after a small learning curve the functionality of the Nintendo Switch is both evident and useful.

PlayStation VR Headset Review

If you’re alright with being an early adopter and not having the most streamlined experience I think there is enough to enjoy out there now to warrant the purchase. If nothing else you will be among the first to experience what I consider a new and exciting frontier for video games.

Logitech F540 Wireless Headset Review

My only real problem with the Logitech F540 Wireless Headset is the price which retails for $149. To me this is a great wireless headset that is comfortable, provides good sound, and a solid wireless option. However the price really seems high for what is a rather standard over the head wireless headset. If you really need a wireless headset this is a great option, I for one though would look for this on sale before I would sink a ton of money into it.

Logitech Driving Force GT

Whether you wait for GT5 to release or are ready to hone your skills with the racing wheel on GT 5 Prologue I would highly recommend this wheel. I think given its medium price range that it should appeal to hardcore and casual fans alike who are looking to take their racing experience to the next level which is exactly what the Logitech Driving Force GT does.

Xtreme Mac MicroPack

If music is your thing and that is all you plan on using the headphones for then sure I can see a big reason why you would go out and buy these earphones. For the price however I thought they would be a bit more impressive with gaming and entertainment. However if your on the go, you want to listen to your music, and you want some great clarity then the XtremeMac FS1 Earphones are a good bet for you.

Logitech VX Revolution Review

It literally may only be slightly smaller then the average desktop mouse, and in general doesn’t seem as portable as you would expect from a notebook mouse. However in terms of just being a mouse it is actually fantastic, the features are great, the battery life is tremendous, and the new scroll wheel works beautifully.
