Gregory's Top 5 Games of 2018

As always, these types of lists are pretty subjective and, for me at least, are usually highly influenced by what I actually got to play this year (for example, I'm still in the middle of Dragon Quest 11 and oh man, is that a fun game so far), but still, doing these types of articles is good fun, so let's get into it!

Hiram's Top 5 Games of 2017

This is one of those years where every game even in the runner-up list could easily be in a conversation for the number one spot every other year. The industry was just on fire this year, with swaths of great releases of all shapes and sizes, giving everyone more options for what to play than they know what to do with.

Grant's Top 5 Games of 2017

The word on the proverbial street is that 2017 was a good year for video games. I'm inclined to agree. It was tough to narrow down my Top 5 this year as most of my Top 5 could have been interchanged with anything in my honorable mentions list. I'd like to keep my intro short and just jump in, so let's do that, onto the list!

For all its ups and downs, however - wonderful surprises and deplorable controversies - the one thing 2017 was certainly not lacking in was video games.  Excellent video games.  The kinds of spectacular, watershed video games that just may, in the future, mark 2017 as one of the very best.
