Figment Review

Figment is not a point and click adventure game, but it certainly eschews a lot of the same sensibilities and gameplay concepts. You do not actually point and click, but the gameplay style is very reminiscent of old-school adventure-styled games like Sam and Max and Broken Age.

Eliosi's Hunt Review

Eliosi’s Hunt is only $5. At such a cheap price, it’s worth picking up if you’re a hardcore fan of top-down shooters, you’re into speedrunning, or you just want a difficult game to play. But between mediocre shooting, mediocre platforming, and occasionally frustrating level design, there are certainly better options out there.

Serious Sam's Bogus Detour Review

Serious Sam’s Bogus Detour is a seriously fun game bogged down by a couple of serious problems. If you’re a big Serious Sam fan, have online friends to play with, or you’re just looking for a challenging twin stick shooter, then this game is worth its $15 price tag.

Heroes of the Storm

But at the same time the unfortunate business model of Hero League and the sense of the grind in this meta-game of collecting and leveling up heroes takes the fun out of the parts that are enjoyable. Perhaps with time Heroes of the Storm can age into something great, for now it’s worth checking out if you want to experience a different take on a popular genre.
