Samurai Warriors 2: Empires

It’s always a shame when you see the potential in a game like what I see in Samurai Warriors 2 Empires for the Xbox 360 and still see it struggle. There is so much that they could do with a series like this, and its just too bad they haven’t got all of the pieces together. If you are a big fan of the franchise, you may want to spend the big bucks to check it out. Otherwise a rental is sufficient.

Genji: Days of the Blade

In the end, Genji: Days of the Blade is a game that very well could have been a fantastic launch title that ends up being a game that has such a long list of problems I am too tired to write them all out. Your millage may vary with Genji, if you don’t mind a stiff camera and have enjoy the previous Genji. But otherwise there are better PS3 games out right now to choose from.

Dynasty Warriors Vol. 2

Once again although there have been some great improvements to this game, it is unfortunate to once again get an experience that still needs work to make it to be a worthwhile purchase. Although fans of the series have probably already gone out and purchased the game, for those who haven’t always loved the series, Dynasty Warriors Vol. 2 isn’t going to help change your mind.

Samurai Warriors 2

Samurai Warriors 2 is a game that offers very little to a struggling genre, and manages to make for an extremely shallow gaming experience. The game has potential written all over it, but it is ultimately hampered by repetitive gameplay and washed down visuals.
