Lego Marvel Super Heroes

Lego Marvel Super Heroes may not only be the best Lego game, but one of the best super hero games. With an insanely large cast of characters and some of the funniest writing I’ve seen this year, Lego Marvel is incredibly entertaining and some of the most fun I’ve had with a game this year. I’ve never played a game that consistently made me feel good as I played it and never left me bored after the ten hour story. This is a game that I just want to keep diving into and absorb as much out of it as I can. I had a feeling I would enjoy this game, and maybe it just came at the right time of the year, but I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to. With an industry full of dark and brooding violent games, Lego Marvel Super Heroes is an amazing palette cleanser and an extremely fun time.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

There are a lot of holes that X-Men Origins: Wolverine would need to clean up in order to make this the top tier game it had the potential to be. With that being said fans of X-Men or of the movie should still check it out, this is a very competent action game that has enough variety that I think does warrant a sincere look.

X-Men: Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse

X-Men Legends II still has the same great team combat system and has enough variety and complexity in which you will find yourself really diving head first into a very enjoyable game. If you enjoyed the previous X-Men Legends game, then X-Men Legends II will not disappoint, just don’t expect a totally new experience.

X2: Wolverines Revenge

X2: Wolverine’s Revenge is a game that falls short once again of making a top quality super hero game. With only mediocre graphics and gameplay, and I can really only recommend this to the full on Wolverine fans who won’t mind a few problems. For everyone else this is a good rental that will give you some high-flying action for your Xbox.
