Madden NFL 20 Review

Madden NFL 20 is a gorgeous game, plays beautifully, and the new QB1 mode is a nice addition, but I couldn’t help but continue to think about what’s next for the franchise rather than fully embrace what we got in this year’s package

NBA 2K18 Review

This year 2K Sports took, in my opinion, their riskiest move yet. They’ve abandoned the fully scripted story mode and instead made a living breathing online world that they call “the Neighborhood.”

Stories in sports games. We’ve been talking about the idea for over a decade and it’s just in the last couple of years we’ve seen the two big sports developers (EA & 2K) start investing in it. NBA Playgrounds

NBA Playgrounds does a solid job of filling the void left by the NBA Street and NBA Jam series. There is a deep roster of players, and the game's cartoonish visuals look great, but the bare-bones online play and frustrating gameplay mechanics sometimes make the game feel more like a chore rather than an enjoyable experience.

Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings

Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings is simply a fun game. There is something here for you whether your looking to find a non licensed baseball game with some depth, or just looking for a quick fun game to pick up every now and then. The lack of online functionality hinders it from reaching its full potential but the humorous tone and simple controls ensure the offline experience is very enjoyable.
