Mario Party 7

If you are a huge fan of the Mario Party series and are looking for a game that offers the same great Mario experience with a whole load of new mini games, then look no further than Mario Party 7 as this is a game that offers a ton of mini games that if you have a group of friends ready, will be extremely enjoyable to pick up and play.

Namco Museum 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection

The game has a good list of classics, but none of which are going to surprise people, but instead only those that have not purchased one of these compilations before would be the only ones I would even recommend this for a rental. Otherwise, this game is probably one you can just pass up as it does not have all the makings for a great compilation.

WWE Day of Reckoning 2

I must say that I went with my gut instinct and although Day of Reckoning 2 is a solid game I just felt like there was something that was needed in this game, maybe a better story mode that would take this game to the top. If you are a Gamecube owner and enjoy wrestling games then there is no reason why you wouldn’t want to pick up this game as not only is it one of your only choices but it’s a great choice at that!

WWE Day of Reckoning 2

Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat

Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat is just a good game that allows you to really take advantage of your bongos to play a platforming game. However the game lacks depth, and is just too short to be enjoyed. If you really want to hit those bongos, then this game may be a good purchase for you. Otherwise I would say there are better games to spend your money on.

Fight Night Round 2

The improvements to this year’s game are extremely impressive and I think will make fans very satisfied. For those who have not tried this series yet or are wondering if this version is worth the upgrade, my answer to that is that if I was you I would go out and purchase the game, it is one that will keep you happy for quite sometime.

Fight Night Round 2

Donkey Konga

Donkey Konga had the potential to really be great, but in the end it ends up not going to its full potential. The game does provide with an entertaining experience that all Nintendo fans will still really enjoy. If you are looking for a rhythm game for your Gamecube, Donkey Konga does get the job done.

WWE Day of Reckoning

WWE: Day of Reckoning is a huge step ahead of last year’s version with a solid Story Mode, great graphics, and plenty of game modes to choose from. Nintendo fans should be quite pleased that they have finally gotten a wrestling game worth talking about!

WWE Day of Reckoning

Tales of Symphonia

Tales of Symphonia doesn’t make any ground breaking moves to the RPG genre but it does give Gamecube fans an RPG to be proud of. If you are a Cube owner in search of an RPG don’t hesitate to pick up this one up.

Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike

ed the long development process. With that being said if you are a fan of the series, or just a Star Wars fan in general, there is still plenty of fun to be had flying around, and shooting down enemies. If your looking for a good Star Wars game this may be the one for you, if your not sure then this one will make a great rental.

Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike

SSX 3

SSX 3 goes above and beyond what I thought it was going to end up doing, and in fact there is so much good stuff going on in this game that it is hard to find anything wrong. The game is just a blast to play, and like mentioned earlier, has unlimited replay value. If you are looking for a new game for your Cube then look no further then SSX 3, because it’s sure to make everyone happy.

WWE WrestleMania XIX

Wrestlemania XIX has its ups and downs, and unfortunately there isn’t that last up to get this game to be a top notch wrestling title. With all the basics down, you can probably expect Yukes’ next attempt to be pretty good. As for now I would just rent this one, because the game doesn’t have the necessary replay value to hook me in past the rental period.

WWE WrestleMania XIX

Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour

Mario Golf is just a solid golf title for the Cube that doesn’t do anything wrong but fails to do anything to make it a for sure buy title. I would probably say this would be a perfect rental title, because once you have had it for a rental period you would have already beaten the tournament mode and have played through most of what the game has to offer.

Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour

Wario World

Wario World has the name, has the graphics, and even has the basic gameplay down, but it fails to do anything new or exciting to make this a ’must buy’. For most of us, we will be able to complete Wario World in a rental period, and unless you are a huge Wario fan I wouldn’t really recommend buying this one, because there is little to no replay value.

Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut

When you hear the name Sonic you are normally going to expect to find a pretty solid gaming experience. Well unfortunately the game ends up being quite disappointing and it is one I really can’t recommend. There are too many problems plaguing the game right from the get go and then more problems to follow. If you are looking for a good Sonic title to play either wait for the coming ones on the Cube or dust off that Genesis and throw in Sonic 1-3.

Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut

Ikaruga

Ikaruga is a game that takes the old and combines it with the new, and does a good job of it. If you find yourself playing some of those old shooters, then you should definitely think about picking this one up. For those of you that are unsure about Ikaruga I would recommend renting this one and you never know it might just be what the doctor ordered.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

You may be put off by the game’s visual presentation at first, but once you become aware of how well it works, you’re simply left with yet another classic game in an already classic series. The navigation, the combat, the dungeons, the characters, and the peril you must face as that young elf boy in green are all fantastic. Link can certainly wake wind, and if all Saturday morning cartoons could provide the exhilaration that this game does, Link could possibly manage to wake me up on the weekend. Until then, a lot of very late mornings will be spent enjoying this masterpiece.

Summoner: A Goddess Reborn

Although there haven’t been much updated from this PS2 port of Summoner 2, but for those of you who have not had a chance to try out Summoner 2 on the PS2, then there this is a title that anyone interested in RPG’s should pick up.

Skies of Arcadia Legends

This is one of those RPGs that focus more on delivering a solid gameplay experience instead of just displaying snazzy graphics. The below par graphics holds down the game’s overall score, but if you can look past that, Legends is an excellent RPG for Cube gamers starving for some decent RPGs.

Rocky

Do you like boxing games? If so this is definitely a great option for you to think about. The game plays and feels great, and hey it’s Rocky, what more could you ask for?

Metroid Prime

Metroid Prime’s strengths are so overwhelmingly impressive that its minor faults quickly become an afterthought. It’s quite simply a remarkable game, and a stunning achievement for a first effort from Retro Studios. A title that no gamer should miss.

Resident Evil Zero

While not as earth shattering or influential as its predecessors, RE0 succeeds where it matters most. It is certainly one of the best “survival horror” games of the past few years, and it shows why the series revolutionized the genre over six years ago. Anyone who has enjoyed Resident Evil in the past or is simply looking for a fun, well paced, and atmospheric adventure game should certainly pick this game up.
